Preferred Jobs began serving the internet employment community on November 3rd 1996 with 10 regional job bank's tied to one national master site. The mission began and remains to provide the internet community with a high quality, exceptionally responsive and cost effective resource to bring employer and job seeker together.

Growth:

Since our inception, site traffic has steadily increased on average 15-20% over the previous quarterly period. As new regional job bank's are introduced into the family, traffic count continues to surge tremendously through out the network. Jobs posted on Preferred Jobs also appear on many of the internets top traffic sites through services that scrub our jobs. This greatly increases traffic and views since each scrubbed job is linked back to our site. Some of the sites our job posters jobs will appear on are USAToday, MSN Careers and WantedJobs.

To-date the network consists of 98 regionally focused Job Bank's each with specific content geared towards the city or state the job bank is named after. Job ads are displayed on seven separate and distinctive job display pages. All of which include links to the employers web sites and to full size profiles.
